hey i recently got the new airpod pro twos they show up in my find my everything works fine except when i go to the airtag thingy it only show a white circle and a blue background and it just says near or far no arrow no distance nothing not very helpful

We'd suggest first restarting your devices. This can often resolve minor issues.
Also, make sure you have Low Power Mode switched off as this can sometimes cause issues with certain features.
Then try testing again and make sure you are further away from your AirPods Pro.
If it still isn't working for you, let us know more details. We aren't exactly clear regarding the AirPods and AirTag connection. Do you have an AirTag connected to the AirPods case?
