Yes that is completely possible. Do you use the same Apple ID with your iPad and other Apple devices (Computer etc.)? If you use the same Apple ID then you can automatically share your playlists between all your devices. You would have to turn ON Sync Library in Settings on all those devices. Open Settings ➡️ Music ➡️ Sync Library: Set this switch to ON.
If you do not want to sync the libraries between your Apple devices, then you can leave that switch to OFF and share playlists via AirDrop like you wanted.

Yes, you can share a playlist via AirDrop with another Apple device (iPhone, iPad, Mac etc). The catch here is that the other person must have a valid subscription to Apple Music for the playlist to play on their device.

How about if you’re going to use your iPhone and use Airdrop to share that same playlist to your personal iPad or desktop computer which is also owned by me for example so, this desktop computer will have the same apple subscription because it also belongs to me. Is that also possible? Thank you for responding, Axel F.
