Basically I set up my new Apple Watch se 2022, and then I see apple news when I get into the grid view although it's unsupported in my country, is there any way to have it deleted?

Delete it from the iPhone. Or in the Watch app , in My Watch tab, turn off "Show app on Apple Watch" toggle, or turn off the "Mirror my iPhone", whichever option Apple News needs. .

Have you changed your country on your iPhone to one of the four supported countries, which is United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia?
...and I forgot to say did you try the obvious method of tap and hold the app view then select Edit Apps? Then hit the X

never, just once to try and solve the issue I tried to change my region to the US then change back to my region
How about my first suggestions - take it off the phone or don't show/mirror it.
I don't have it on my Watch even tho it is supported here.
