Apple Britbox Subscription not accessing all shows

Hi all! New season of show just popped up on Britbox - even received a notification of its arrival on my phone. But whether by Apple TV unit or on phone, it asks me to login with a Britbox account login. All other shows on Britbox access normally.


Are there access differences between my Apple-based Britbox account and the Britbox app itself? Show is QI, season 20.


Would love any advice!

The content on the Apple TV app Channel and on the separate content provider app *should* match, but one is files on Apple servers and the other is files on BritBox’ servers. Apple relies on a supply (upload) from BritBox for keeping it synced.


If you can’t access through the Channel what you know should be available, then contact the Apple Media Services staff, so that they can try to get the proper files for their subscribers.
