I have a paid subscription to Britbox through apple tv. Right now I can no longer watch certain Britbox shows for no reason. It tells me to sign into Britbox, but I have never needed to before and do not even have a password for the account. Please help

Are you trying through a Britbox App or within the Apple TV App in my channels? You need to use the latter if you subscribed through Apple

Yes, this happens to me too - usually it's a single episode of a series that I watch regularly & I just can never see it in the Apple TV app. It's become very frequent lately & as of today EastEnders seems to have been removed from the Apple TV Channel.

There are no errors. It just says I have to sign into Britbox. I cannot watch on any other device. Same problem, “Sign in to Britbox”, but I purchased through Apple tv.
