When trying to access the Netflix app I get the error code ATV-ui187. It says Account name or passcode is not korrekt. Try again. (117) (AVT-ui187)
When pressing OK I just get back to the menu.
This appeared just after having view Netflix - went out of the app and when I tried to enter a few minutes later the error message popped up.
Have tried to restart several times - including the router

I assume everyone having this issue is using 3rd generation Apple TV model A1469 or older? We have two A1469 models and only one was affected. The A1469 that wasn't affected was off due to timeout but Netflix was the selected option. We also have model A1842 (4th generation) and it was unaffected.
In the early part of this November a software update was introduced that was supposed to take care of Apple TV app functions not being properly enabled.
I already have a ticket with Netflix - let us hope they find a solution soon.

I have similar issue, starting same time, but error code is ATV-ui92.
