Text problems

Hey carolynvanv,

When you say tone sounds, are you referring to ringtones? Does the iPhone not play audio when it rings at all or does it default to a standard built in tone?

You can check what ringtone is set under Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Ringtone. You can also view the sounds that are set for various other features on your iPhone as well.

"Change your ringtone

1. Go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics.
2. Under Sounds and Haptic Patterns, tap the sound that you want to change.

4. Tap a ringtone or alert tone to hear it and set it as the new sound."
