How to disable Deep Fusion on iPhone 14 Pro Max

How can I disable Deep Fusion on iPhone 14 Pro Max? I bought this phone for the camera quality and every picture or video I take gets absolutely crushed in the data and is unusable / uneditable to reverse the damage. I have all of the auto enhancement features turned off, the default camera profile, and it happens in photos, video, and cinematic. I’m very disappointed with this algorithm because the camera was the main selling point, yet it destroys my photos and videos when the subject is a person.
