Speaker turn on during call on iPhone 12 - serious health issue

I am using iPhone 12 from last 2 months. Nearly 7-8 times speaker was turn on during calls with very loud sound and cause serious ear pain. This could damage my ear permanently.

No one is bother to give any solution. This is serious threat to all iPhone 12 users.

Many of us can lost our hearing ability permanently just because of this.
