When Wi-Fi calling is enable, 800, 877 number is not working

I turned on the Wi-Fi calling, then I noticed that the 800 and 877 numbers were not getting through. I am getting the message "your call can not be completed at this time, try again later".

As soon as I disconnect the Wi-Fi in the phone and called again, it went through. The 800 and 877 numbers are in the USA for customer services. I reconnected to the "wifi" and the issue is back.

I have iPhone 13 pro max with ATT service in the USA.

Hi NABI0000,

While Wi-Fi Calling is a feature provided through your carrier, there is a get help section with steps you can try.

Found in the article Make a call with Wi-Fi Calling - Apple Support is the following:

If you can't turn on or use Wi-Fi Calling, make sure that your carrier offers Wi-Fi Calling and that your devices have the latest software. Then, follow these steps if you can't turn on Wi-Fi Calling or make a Wi-Fi call. Wait two minutes before you go from one step to the next.
1: Go to Settings > Phone > Wi-Fi Calling and make sure that Wi-Fi Calling is on.
2: Restart your iPhone.
3: Connect to a different Wi-Fi network. Not all Wi-Fi networks work with Wi-Fi Calling.
4: Turn Wi-Fi Calling off and then on again.
5: Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset.
6: Tap Reset Network Settings.

If you still need assistance, we recommend reaching out to your carrier AT&T by going to AT&T - Customer Support Center.

Take care!
