Apple Watch Burns

Has anyone else experienced burning from their watch? I’ve seen previous forums about it but none this year and I just took off my watch and literally have to peel it off. There’s a bubble on my wrist and I don’t understand what happened. This picture was taken after running my hand under cold water to stop the strange sensation.
