App Store not working

The App Store on my iPhone 13 Pro Max / iOS 16.2 (b) cannot work properly.


  1. Contents of App Store on each page will be shown, but after pressing the "account" button on the upper right corner, it keeps showing "loading" with a circle spinning, even after quitting the ID from "Settings - Apple ID - Media and Purchases"
  2. All the apps which are already installed on the phone, will not be shown as "Open" in the App Store, but "GET" instead.
  3. No app can be installed from App Store. After pressing "GET" button, the circle keeps spinning and nothing will happen.
  4. Tried to switch to another Apple ID in App Store, the issues remained.
  5. Already tried to reset the network setting, the issues remained.
  6. The same Apple IDs works without any problem on any other devices, such as my iPad or my wife's iPhone.


I don't want to reset the entire phone, since there are tons of photos and apps and it may take me up to 24 hours to get everything ready to use again.

You can here:

You need to have a good Service & Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Charge the battery > 70%.


If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services
