Search these forums and you’ll see that a bunch of us have had this issue and tried EVERYTHING, and nothing works. Apple refuses to acknowledge it. And it doesn’t happen with EVERY iPhone so they can get away with acting as we’re the crazy ones and it’s not the phones. I have an iPhone 13 that I no longer use, instead I went back to my iPhone 8 because it was stressing me out every time I used my speaker phone.
