Wake up before alarm
Is there a way to tell Apple Watch series 8 that I’m awake before my alarm?

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities. If your Apple Watch notices movement, it may ask you if you'd like to disable the alarm. If not, you can take the following steps from Track your sleep with Apple Watch - Apple Support.
"To turn off the Sleep Focus, press and hold the Digital Crown to unlock. Then swipe up to open Control Center and tap
