Why can’t I refund my ringtone I bought from Apple?
I bought a ringtone from the iTunes Store and as soon as it started downloading I closed the app but I checked it again because I wasn’t sure if it was still downloading and when I did it wasn’t downloading at all. The purchase button was still there and when I clicked the purchase button it asked me to buy it again with my credit! I checked again and again over and over but it did not work at all. I asked for a refund, they answered but rejected the refund because it did not meet the conditions. I need help with this!
