Kaiser Permanente and Apple Health Connection

I am trying to connect Kaiser Permanent Washington to my apple health account, but when I add them and log in, nothing happens. It just goes to the website homepage and stays there.

When I click on the Clinical Vitals, I get the ‘Get Started’ and try to Connect to Kaiser again. After I connect to my Account there should be an Allow/Deny option to connect the account. How do I authorize to an HIE for their linking to Apple Health to share streamliningj I this process so that Johns Hopkins can get access to my Quest Diagnostics blood work labs or that an NIH Clinical Trial, nearby, can have access to all five of my healthcare providers’ electronic health records that are available to me on Apple Health app for the NIH to run their diagnostic programs off of this cloud-stored data?
