Hide Others Command does not work in OS 13.0.1
Just updated to OS 13.0.1, and "Hide Others" Command does not work.
MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 13.0
FWIW, command option h does in fact work.

What keyboard input source are you using?
I can type on two keyboards: the MacBook Keyboard, and an Apple Extended Keyboard (USB to Dock, then USB C to Mac. Just experimenting, I find that all windows do get hidden, except for Safari.
It does not work on either the MacBoop Pro keyboard, or the attached (wired) keyboard, since upgrading.
