Where's the email header?
I can't find the email header option in iPhone to see the sender info

We're happy to help answer your question! Just to be clear, are you referring to the the email preview lines, or the To/Cc Labels? You can find both settings, under the following and adjust them to your preference.
- Settings
- Preview, select the number of lined you'd like to see
- Show To/Cc Labels, enable or disable the setting.
