I been trying to make a refund on child purchases

I been trying to make a refund on child purchases, but now it says that the purchase doesn't meet conditions for a refund. Why? I don’t know.

I been trying to explain that the child made the purchase without permission and only 4 of almost 19 purchases were refunded. I summit the requests twice, all the ones that they didn’t approve. And again, they says that it didn’t meet the conditions.

I been trying to see if I can dispute the charges again but it won’t let me at all now.

Is there another way to request a refund???

it says that the purchase doesn't meet conditions for a refund.

Refunds are not guaranteed. For more information, see the Terms & Conditions.

If Apple has notified you that it is not eligible then so be it.
