Clearing cache for individual apps

Why in the world is this not allowed or a thing that is easily available for iOS users to accomplish?? Why must I delete an entire app, which I’ve already spent tons of time downloading the in game materials (maps, skins, etc.) and would take a huge amount of time to reinstall, just to have my profile pic from fb FINALLY update on the app in question ??? So extremely frustrating that android users have so much more freedom and iOS is always making things completely, unnecessarily complicated and time consuming. I’m assuming you do this to force people into buying more iCloud storage. Go figure.

Getting a photo to update and to coincide with what is shown on Facebook can be related to the way the app is communicating with Facebook. Here are some steps that can help make sure they are communicating properly:
