Cannot set up "myspectrum" app
Ipad is 5th generation with IOS16. Installed Spectrum Mobile "myspectrum" app from appstore. When attempting to use the app I get the following: "Welcome to My Spectrum" page with a selection to "Get Started". I select "Get Started" and go to a request "My Spectrum want to use "spectrum.net" to Sign In" If I cancel I return to original page. If I select "continue" I go to a page with a white box with a Lock symbol and id. spectrum.net. A blue line that normally indicates loading shoots across the box and then all I get is the loading clock icon continually spinning at the bottom of the screen. So far I have loaded and removed the app numerous times. Restarted the iPad numerous times. Turned off "autofill". Interestingly I can go to a browser and enter "id.spectrum.net" and go directly to the same info that would be provided be the app itself. Just cannot get the app to allow me in. I have worked with Spectrum Mobile tech support who has no suggestions. The app works on my android device as it should. Also on my PC.
