Spectrum app on iPhone and Roku not signing in or working

Spectrum app for business accounts unavailable My Spectrum app stopped working on 2 out of the 4 TVs in my office. I get a message that says: "Available Soon for Business Customers. We're sorry, the SpectrumTV app is currently unavailable for business customers. For now, please continue to watch TV using your Spectrum Receiver. Reference Code: AUC-1200. When I talk to someone at Spectrum they tell me that the app is available for use for business customers. But they have no solutions as to why their app doesn't work on Apple TV. They took my cable boxes a year or so ago because they were no longer being supported and told me to use the app. This is so frustrating.

How to fix Hulu login issues on tvOS 18.4? I spent an hour chatting with Hulu who said it was an IP address issue. After restarting my WiFi and the apple tv several times I was able to get accurate info. I’m still unable to login. I’m not using a vpn and I turned off my ad blocker on my phone while troubleshooting (though why my phone would impact a login on my tv is beyond me). Google is not helping me, I can’t find much of anything about this specific issue or it’s on r/nordvpn or something else irrelevant. The Hulu agent escalated this to their tech team and said it may actually be the brand new software update is just buggy and I got unlucky. How likely is that to be the case? I can still use Hulu on my phone and cast to the tv but it’s annoying and shouldn’t be necessary. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
