Dear friends,
my mail shows that I have 1 not unread email.
but I cannot find it.
to be honest it’s quite annoying to have this never ending mark about 1 email.
Could you please support?

Please try tapping the icon at the bottom left of the Mail Inbox screen you have not already done so. It is a blue, round circle with 3 horizontal lines. It shows filters email to show just unread ones.

Another suggestion is to restart your phone (which you've probably done). If you are able to access your email via a browser perhaps that might show something. Others might also suggest you recreate your email account on your phone.

This was very first step which I’ve done) but that’s the point, there is no unread email)
