Hello Noahokane2007,

Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Communities.

It sounds like you need assistance with your AirPods not working, correct?

If you're having a problem with one of the AirPods not working, check out the steps below to see if this clears up what's happening. There are additional steps to continue after these, so check them out here: If your left or right AirPod isn't working - Apple Support

If there's no sound in one AirPod

1. Make sure that your charging case is fully charged.

2. Place both AirPods in your charging case and let them charge for 30 seconds.

3. Open the charging case near your iPhone or iPad.

AirPods and charging case

4. Check the charge status on your iPhone or iPad to make sure that each AirPod is charging .

If that isn't helpful, provide more details on what isn't working with your AirPods. We'll use this information to gain a better understanding of how to help. If you're looking for assistance with correcting the purchase date, contact Apple Support directly to check into this if the related resource doesn't help.

Have a great day!
