if i have applecare+ will they replace my macbook if necessary?
My MacBook Pro has been holding on by a thread - I was having to use a USB keyboard and an HDMI connected display after the screen broke. I was able to download a Mac Cleaner app that helped keep the overload on data trash to a minimum but occasionally dealt with the annoying error once in a while. It completely crapped on me today with the screen not even showing the login option when turning it on. I can’t reboot it into safe or recovery mode - the keyboard on the laptop doesn’t work. I have an appointment at the Apple Store this evening. If I’m still covered with AppleCare+ will they replace the computer if necessary? Or will they just do all of the repairs to get it back to its working state? - I haven’t even completely backed up the things i needed to (passwords and auto fill info mostly, the rest is on iCloud) but now that i can’t log in I don’t really have a choice in that. Will they try to preserve my data?
Thanks in advance!
