No Touch ID in settings
Touch ID is not in settings. How do I get it there? Have tried rebooting device. In settings, it only gives the option: Face ID & Passwords. How do I convert my iPad and iPhone to allow for Touch ID?

All models of iPad in recent years support either TouchID or FaceID - but not both. TouchID and FaceID are mutually exclusive.
All iPad models that support TouchID have a physical Home Button at bottom centre of the screen - within which is the TouchID sensor - or for iPad Air4 and mini6, incorporate the TouchID sensor within the Top (Sleep/Wake) button.
iPad models supporting FaceID, such as your iPad Pro, have a FaceID sensor (consisting of an Infrared Dot Projector and TrueDepth Camera array) - this sensor being absent from iPad models that support TouchID.

If you have a device that utilizes Face ID, it will not have Touch ID.
Thank you. I do not utilize Face ID. How do I get rid of it and allow for Touch ID?
You are welcome. You do not. Any Apple device that has Face ID capability will not have Touch ID capability, and vise versa.
