iHeart App is not working on iPhone Pro Max 12

iHeart app stopped working a few upgrades back. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. Upgraded to the latest version and still nothing works. I found another complaint about the same issue from a couple of years ago. Is this a known issue? Is there a fix?
