Genius results can’t be updated because the iTunes Store doesn’t recognize your iTunes library.

Turn off Genius. Delete the iTunes Library Genius.itdb file. Turn Genius on again. If you have iCloud Music Library as part of Apple Music or iTunes Match you will need to turn that off first.
