I was given 2 gift cards worth 200$, I have loaded into my account balance and I was planning to buy 1 airpods 3. When I got to the checkout step I got this error and could not check out with gift card. They told me to review the payment method but I don't use a card, I just buy with a balance account.
I chatted with support, and they told me to correct the billing information, but when I use the gift card, I can't fix the billing address.

When redeeming a gift card, (1) the amount will be credited to your Apple ID balance and (2) then you need to set your Apple ID balance as your default payment.
