cannot log-in to icloud on my mac after changing appleid

I changed my apple id

I can login on my iphone

I can login on my iPad

I can login to apple store on my mac

I cannot login to iCloud on my mac, it shows a message "Start using iCloud"

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 13.0
