How do I find out what software it wants to update?

I keep getting this message when I plug my phone into my iMac. My iMac is running macOS 10.14 and running very well. I don't want to update it at this point in time. What software is the phone asking for? Thanksy iphone

You need to correctly Identify your iPhone model - Apple Support
