How can I restart my iPad? I have tried holding all three buttons.
Exact screen display as mine was showing.
Very good advise except I had to use the volume down button.
I held the volume DOWN button, the power button, and the home button and it powered off when every other solution and hours of trying everything else failed to do anything.

Seems obvious in retrospect but when you do the 3 steps make sure to press and hold the top button for way longer than you think. No apple logo showed up for me but it restarted and is back to normal
Same issue here.
Tapping volume buttons and holding top button helps.
But…. Apple must resolve this!

Thanks for pointig this out. The settings page is called „Face-ID & Passcode“ even if the iPad mini 6 comes without the Face-ID feature.
I found it under Touch ID and passcode.

Just had this issue solved it I. 5mins I just yelled for Siri to power off device and turned it back on back to normal it went thank me later save a Apple trip those thing are lengthy
