Issue with AirPods; seeking disclosure

So I opened my AirPods (Pro) this morning and the light wasn’t turning on. So I go to plug it in and the green light comes on, the case is at 99%, but the pods themselves were at 0%. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Other issues with battery still consist while this is occurring.

This problem has already happened to me, it was a dust that prevented charging. I advise you to try that I put below and if it still does not work I invite you to contact Apple support.


-If your AirPods won't connect - Apple Support

-If your left or right AirPod isn't working - Apple Support

-If your AirPods won’t charge - Apple Support
