Excessive Amounts of Blackboardd.wakeups on iOS16.1.2

What causes Blackboard.wakeup to have 45001 wakeups over the last 295 seconds (152 wakeups per second average), exceeding limit of 150 wakeups per second over 300 seconds? I normally don’t ask iPhone Analytics questions normally but my iPhone 13+ running iOS16.1.2 had 53GB of System Data. I have never seen the phone storage have that much so erased all settings and data. Lower on this wake up it Sudden Termed: Tracked
