Hello Horseuser,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities.

If you need more storage space for your Apple Watch, you can start by looking to delete apps that you no longer want: Delete apps from your Apple Watch. You can also find more suggestions in the following Apple Support article: If you don’t have enough space to update your Apple Watch

If you would like to only remove activity files, you may consider resetting your calibration data: Calibrate your Apple Watch for improved Workout and Activity accuracy. Use these steps on your iPhone to reset calibration data for your watch:

  1. Open the Watch app.
  2. Tap the My Watch tap.
  3. Tap Privacy.
  4. Tap Reset Fitness Calibration Data.

You can also contact Apple Support for more help.

All the best!
