Green dots have started to appear on my photos lately. At first I thought I had damaged my screen but then I realized it was in the actual image. I am able to edit the dots out. And the dots only appear on the screen when I take a video or photo. And it also stays on the image.
I restarted my phone and it’s still happening.
Please help!

You should visit an Authorized Apple Service Provider next to your place and let them diagnose the iPhone, this looks like a hardware issue.

Are you also getting these dots, if you use another app to take a photo?
Those dots are always at the same spot and have a similar pattern?

If the dots don't show up in macro photos, this looks like a camera hardware issue with those other two lenses.
Thank you for your reply. It happens on other apps as well. It remains in the same spot in the same pattern. But when I zoom in, the green spot moves location on the screen, but stays in the same spot on the image, almost like it’s apart of the image. It disappears in macro mode though.
What do we do now..??
