Somehow on my Mac I have squares that come up on every screen. And there is a sound also. I is very annoying and I don't know how to remove the square, sometimes big, sometimes small. I would appreciate any help

Can you see the square? Usually the square is larger.
Unless BDAqua's eyes are lots better than mine, not likely. I can't even see the screen shot.
