iPhone 14 Pro Max heating up (not warm) everytime it's charging. IS IT NORMAL?

Is it normal for iPhone 14 Pro Max to HEAT up (not warm) everytime it's charging?

Since the first time that i charged it out of the box it started to heat up which is unbearable to the touch, but i just observed it for a week because apple says it's normal for new iPhone to heat up especially when it's restoring a backup. I also observed with a friend who happened to have a new iPhone 14 Pro Max never HEAT up nor WARM, I also used the charger that he uses and he also used my charger but same thing happens, his IPhone never HEAT up nor WARM but mine even HEAT up more. Weeks passed but still not a single charging have my iPhone not HEAT up (again not warm). I called to apple to ask what is wrong with my iPhone but they only told me that it's normal. I also went to a service center and told me my iPhone is normal but according to there report HEATING up of my iPhone was observed everytime they try to charge. Now i'm here trying to find out if im the only one who is experiencing what they call NORMAL. All the people that i know who has a new iPhone 14 Pro Max doesn't experience heating up nor warm everytime they charges. If i'm the only one who is experiencing this meaning apple is telling me that all of your iPhone are ABNORMAL/FAULTY?

p.s. HEAT = 40'C average temperature of my iPhone when charging

Hello JulioPablo,

You may find some helpful information and details regarding the iPhone getting too hot here: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch gets too hot or too cold

You might notice that your device feels warmer when you:
•Set up your device the first time
•Restore from a backup
•Wirelessly charge your device
•Use graphics-intensive or processor-intensive apps, games, or features, including augmented-reality apps
•Stream high-quality video
These conditions are normal, and your device will return to a regular temperature when the process is complete or when you finish your activity. If your device doesn't display a temperature warning, you can keep using your device.

If your device gets too warm

iOS and iPadOS devices have built-in protections to prevent overheating. If the interior temperature of your device exceeds the normal operating range, your device will protect its internal components by attempting to regulate its temperature. Here are some of the higher ambient-temperature conditions and activities to avoid, because they might cause your device to change performance and behavior:

•Avoid leaving your device in a car on a hot day.
•Avoid leaving your device in direct sunlight for an extended period of time.
•Avoid using certain features in hot conditions or direct sunlight for an extended period of time, such as GPS tracking or navigation in a car, playing a graphics-intensive game, or using augmented-reality apps.

If you're using a case on the device, and it seems to only heat up when charging, you may also try removing the case for that period of time, just to see if that's part of the cause.

Cheers.

I have already talked to 3 senior advisors (for almost 3 months already) which didn't callbacked to me as what they have promised after i have done all what they told me as a fix to the problem, they made me do things over and over then didn't callback after i emailed them that the fix they told me didn't worked. They even told me to go to a service center which proved that the heating problem during charging is present but concluded that it was just normal. Then the last senior advisior i talked to that hanged up to me kept insisting that it's just normal but when i ask him if his iPhone has the same behavior (heats up every charging) he can't answer me. That's the reason i'm here asking the community if they also experience the same, because Apple kept insisting that this is NORMAL to all iPhone users specifically iPhone 14 Pro Max. How can it be NORMAL if i'm just the only one experiencing it?

I have paid for a premium device expecting for a premium experience. If this what is happening to each and every iPhone user then this must be NORMAL. Apples Premium Experience.
