Car Play connect and disconnect multiple times

My iPhone 12 can’t keep connected to Apple car play, just stay sometimes for a minute and sometimes for a little more time but ever then get disconnected by it self…

Im already have an original cable from Apple Store and updated to 16.1.2 software version. My car it’s a Toyota Yaris 2022… and with my old iPhone XS, I haven’t any problem…

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities.


We understand that your iPhone is disconnecting from your car while using CarPlay. To address this behavior restart your iPhone, if this hasn't been done. This will restart running processes. Try using a different cable to connect. Also, check with your car manual for a recent firmware update for your car to ensure compatibility with the latest iOS update.
