iPhone unable to join network using qr code

Hello,

I created a wifi qcode for my quest. However, I get the following message, iPhone unable to join the network using QR code.

I have verified SSID/Password is correct if I enter it manually, verify the information I enter is correct when generating QR code.

The question I have, why is iPhone can't connect to WIFI after scanning QR code?
