"Last Opened" data has disappeared

Used to be able to view when a file was last opened. It was actually a very useful feature for me. Yesterday that all of a sudden disappeared. I haven't made any changes or updates...

I usually view in columns and when clicking on a file, that was part of the preview. Now it doesn't show and when looking at list view, the "last opened" column just shows "--" for every file. Seems all of that data has disappeared.

Anyone know what might have happened that MacOS suddenly stops showing (and also recording) when a file was last opened? And more importantly how to bring this back?

Currently I'm running macOS Monterey Version 12.6

Trey Reindexing spotlight. That information is meta-data, so it only appears if spotlight has indexed it.
