I recorded a video on my ipad but then stored it on my Windows PC. The format (MOV) will no longer play on my PC, so I'd like to move it back to my Ipad and change the format to MP4 (through iMovie). How can I import a video from the PC to my ipad? Alternatively, can I change the format, without the transfer?

You can plug one end of the iPad charger to your pc and the other end to the iPad or transfer the files with google drive. There is also probably a website that you can upload the file and transfer it to mp4
Andrew, I have tried just connecting that cable but cannot do a transfer to the iPad. Easy the other way. Have not tried Google drive but not sure if I can load a video off there to the iPad. Will give it a try.
you can transfer data via i tunes on your PC, maybe you can try use i tunes
I can’t find a way to import the video into iTunes on my PC, so I don’t think this is a solution.
