Missed call after first call, second call works

I have a problem with some cache in icloud regarding calls. I have rebooted the device, changed the device I tested everything and as soon as I log into the icloud account the error starts to show.

Simply the first call jumps automatically as a missed call and the second call works fine.

I reported it to apple support and no one helped me, we have been troubleshooting the problem for two months and now I am at the stage that I know it is in the apple ID as soon as I log in under it the problem occurs.

As soon as I log out, restart the phone the problem doesn't happen.

Tried on three devices and it is always a problem after logging into iCloud, all the resetting of network and settings etc is useless.

Have you ever had experience with this please? And how did you solve it?
