iPhone SE3 settings mail options

On my Iphone SE3 I have an issue with mail. I have added the trash icon as an option for moving an e-mail on my phone. It worked. On my wife's phone (on which we have the same account listed), in settings I see that same option is checked off. But when I go to mail the trash can icon does not appear.

If I send an email to Trash it comes back to the Inbox. The only way to get rid of it is to send it to Junk. Is there a way to add (or restore) the Trash box?

mail crashes when trying to open a draft containing a ticket for wallet All, iPhone 14 is up to date. I wanted to forward an email containing tickets for the Apple wallet. However, when I tried it, Mail crashes / quits. Now the draft email is at the bottom of the mail screen, and every time I try to open the email, the mail application crashed / quits? Other than removing and adding the account again, is there anything that I can do?

My iPad won't download emails because it says storage is full. My ipad 9.3.5 will not download emails as it says storage is full but I am only using less than 1 GB of storage with very few Apps [Re-Titled by Moderator]
