Focus "Sleep" Turns off in the middle of the night

When I got to bed every night I set my iPhone to Focus "Sleep".

For some reason the past few weeks, I wake up in the morning and Focus "Sleep" is off.

No other changes. Nothing is scheduled. Been trying to figure it out for days with no luck.
