hsbc apple wallet

Ive moved from the UK to the USA and I've bought a new iPhone. I transferred most apps over but my apple wallet is saying I need to call HSBC to verify to set up my card. I tried calling the number but it cuts me off. Its annoying that I have to call the uk from America, surely there is a much simpler way of verifying?? why haven't they come up with this? it only gives me the option call and the number doesn't even work

Wallet Credit Card Verification I'm trying to add a US Bank AMEX card to my Apple wallet and the last step on my Phone directs me to contact US Bank to complete the verification. However, when I call US Bank, they say that they have not received a verification token.
