AppleCare+, Model No, Service support

I bought my Iphone 11 Pro from USA, las Vegas Forum shops. Now i live in Ankara,Turkey.

Last week I cracked my front screen. Then i took my phone to authorized local service provider.

They told me because of model no (A2160) they could not able to fix/exchange the phone in Turkey even i pay extra money. Also they told me that I can’t use applecare in Turkey.

when i bought it salesman told me its available globally so I bought it and paid for 38 months. Now i need a service but i can’t receive.

what should i do get to Service ?

Both Warranty and Apple Care+ are country specific. Whoever told you it was available globally was mistaken.

You will need to return the iPhone to the US to get Warranty service.

This is clearly stated in Apple's Warranty and Apple Care terms.
