Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

So whenever I turn off my Wi-Fi and turn on cellular and network and I go to google and type in something and it tells me that I need to do something to my cellular data thing but I already have a SIM card in the phone so I don’t know if you can help

Can you help

Per the footer here, you’re on an iPhone 5s, which cannot run anything past iOS 12. iOS 16 is current.


If you are being asked to update carrier settings, here is how:

Manually update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support


if that carrier setting update fails to resolve this, check with your carrier first, and then with Apple Support.
