Hi Ali_Ghali,
If you haven't already, you can see if restarting your MacBook Pro may help with this. It can seem like a simple step, but it refreshes macOS and can help resolve unexpected issues:
"Restart your Mac
- On your Mac, choose Apple menu
> Restart. - If you don’t want app windows that are open to reopen when your Mac restarts, deselect “Reopen windows when logging back in.”
Those steps are from: Shut down or restart your Mac - Apple Support
One step you can try to help isolate this issue is to log into your MacBook Pro in a temporary new user. A new user doesn't have custom or changed settings, and can help determine possible next steps by isolating this further. If needed, the steps below show how to create a new user:
- Open System Settings (if on macOS Ventura) or System Preferences (macOS Big Sur or earlier)
- Select Users & Groups
- In macOS Big Sur or earlier, you will need to choose the padlock and unlock it with an administrator password
- In macOS Ventura, select Add Account or in earlier versions of macOS, choose the plus icon
Once the new user account has been created, log out of your own account and into the new one. From there, you should be able to type in some information for the test user. Does it take around 5 minutes for your MacBook Pro to detect your headphones in a new user as well? Your answer can help determine possible next steps.
Take care.
