Macbook Air M1 Mouse lagging

I have Magic Mouse 2, it just lags so bad, I sometimes have to restart macbook multiple times a day, it is driving me crazy.

I have tried another mouse, Microsoft USB with USB-A thing and same thing, it lags as well.

Only fix I have now is to restart macbook.

Is it because M1 chip has less memory and macbook lacks of resource and thus ended up with lagging mouse?

Track Pad always works, I am now using mostly track pad now, but I still want to fix the mouse lagging problem and I can't find any solution anywhere.

Not sure what to suggest. I just paired my Magic Mouse with my MBA M2 and while not real smooth it's not as smooth as when it's paired with my MB Pro. Why I don't know. I checked for any updates while the mouse was connected but none appeared.

I would try unpairing the mouse then re-pair it again then test. I'd also make sure the mouse's battery was fully charged. If no joy then use the Support link found in the bottom left of this page. Perhaps Apple themselves can offer assistance. Or if you have an Apple Store nearby you could take it to them and see what, if any, can be done.
